Alessandra Argenti
Videomaker with a degree in educational sciences, left a carrier in Italy as videoeditor to follow her dream of uniting multimedia and education into the same job. Another great passion brought her to Africa: the one for video anthropology. That’s why she’s actually in Kenya and that’s why she founded CVF: the perfect way of uniting video productions and humanitarian studies, to work with the youth, to promote development and self expressions, to work in the slums and with the tribes of the remote areas of sub-Saharan Africa. | |
Silvia Gioiello
Born in Naples - Italy, bachelor degree in Political Science - special focus on China and Chinese language. Master degree in Local Development. Expert in project management of action research and participatory democracy projects. After several years working as project manager, researcher and consultant in the field of local development and decentralized cooperation dealing mostly with Asian and South American countries, she decides to join CVF crew and start a new adventure in the African continent. | ![]() |
| Vincenzo Cavallo
Vincenzo is a media activist and a professional consultant for NGOs and Inernational Organizations. He is also a Ph.D student in Communication and New Technologies and a Videomaker. Jackson Muendo Wambua
Talented dancer and choreographer with several years of experience in traditional and modern dance, shows and performances. He joined CVF as audio producer, event manager and dance teacher. He recently joined the hip-hop group “Mababa Squad” from the slum of Mathare where by he is also providing for the sponsorship, networking and video production of the group. Jackson has just been certified as audio producer by Homeboyz Studios. His biggest dream is to open a school dance for street kids. | ![]() |
Douglas Rori
Cameraman, audio technician, photographer and also deejay. Douglas is 29 years old only but he already has a lot of experience having worked with different film production companies and televisions in Kenya. As media activist he has been collaborating with different organizations such as Green Peace International, Independent Media Centre (Indymedia), Prometheus Radio Project and Food Not Bombs. | ![]() |
